For some time now, Sundays have been my most consistent day of rest. Church and family take up most of the day for me, which I have no problem with (keep in mind that I usually watch football when in season as well) . What has been my struggle is finding time to workout on Sundays and do it consistently. I can recall maybe a handful of times, I have made it to the gym. I am curious to know how others carve out enough time to get fit on a Sunday!!? Let me know how you guys do it!
