You know how you feel when you know you are about to come down with some type of illness. Well, yesterday that was me and today I have paid the piper. It wasn't enough to stop me from going to work but I am really kicking myself for not taking the day off. It started off with my throat being sore, and next was this massive headache I still have as I am writing this. To top it off, the frequent trip to the bathroom have not helped. NOBODY is supposed to make that many trip to the men's room. I need to rehydrate...As a matter of fact I am I getting off this post and drinking me a gallon of water!
